I believe everyone embarks on a life reset for their own unique reasons. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to begin again; what feels necessary for one person might seem drastic to another.

Because this journey is guaranteed to be neither easy nor comfortable, it's crucial that we understand "why." What are we truly searching for? A new sense of purpose, or are we simply trying to escape our own dissatisfaction?

Turns out, I've found the process to be incredibly uncomfortable. Yet, through it all, there's one principle I try to hold onto: always be kind to myself and others.

A reminder to myself: don’t stop as it’s tough. Sometimes toughness is good we grow when we're sad, and we learn things when we're afraid.

And if I can’t complete the whole puzzle during the resetting journey, I believe that it will be fine. At least I'm trying to move in the right direction, toward a path I believe is right not only for myself but hopefully for others as well.
